There is nothing more professionally encouraging than seeing the profession grow and attract more colleagues.

When a year is getting close to the end, we all like to reflect on the past. And for 2024 I can safely say, that doing what I love to do has helped me get through the toughest times.
I finally achieved one (not one, two! 🙂 ) of my career goals – I am now working with two fabulous residents! Now you may think – good for her, lady can now finally be travelling only … well, I do just as I did before, but with much less time praticularly for updating my blog. And 2023 was colorful between our patients, students, congresses and workshops … and how does 2024 look like?
During the pandemic restrictions we learned the value of “live” meetings, but realized there is place for online education as well!
It was not an easy 2021 to travel and work, but with good organisation we realized quite a few very nice (and safe) live meetings to add to those continued online. This definitely gives us hopes for a creative and lively 2022!
I believe the best things in life happen when good people join with the same good goal.
Despite mostly working on rescheduling our 2020 events, we were not just waiting for the life to happen again 😊. We were still able to run some of the events online, we consulted more clients and vets via telemedicine and we have kept ourselves busy by planning the future!
Finally meeting colleagues and friends for real! There is no such thing as really connect with people online.
