I believe we should all have at least one place, where we return, as often as possible, even in our minds, to fill up with peace and hope.
Šance were redesigned by a famous Slovenian architect Jože Plečnik as a place for people from Ljubljana to have a stroll and enjoy. There is a labirinth of paths leading up the Castle hill and to Šance, but there is only one lovely small meadow just on the edge of the hill facing west for the most amazing sunsets.
This is my happy place.
